Thank you for sharing in a part of our in our family’s history and traditions by visiting Grandma’s Magic Cooking.

Many of the recipes on this site came from Angie Liguori’s mother, Jenny Fagella. Though they had little themselves, Jenny regularly sent the young Angie to deliver platters of homemade pasta and meats to families who needed food. On every holiday she opened their home to those who did not have a place to go. That generosity of spirit lives on in our grandmother.

Angie learned other recipes from her sisters and friends. They have spent countless evenings around Angie’s table, talking and laughing together. Angie’s warmth and hospitality have created an environment where special memories are made. Lovingly preparing meals is one of the many ways Angie gives bigheartedly of her time and talents. This collection of recipes is a family treasure. In sharing it with you we hope to pay tribute to our remarkable grandmother.
