Cold Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp. (Shells on)
  • Salt
  • Italian Parsley
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 or 4 Cloves Garlic

Cooking Instructions

Boil shrimp with the shells on. Once they’ve turned pink shell and devein. Let cool in the refrigerator. Just before serving add salt, Italian parsley, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.
