Proscuitto & Melon

Ingredients

  • Any melon in season
  • Proscuitto slices
  • Lemon wedges

Cooking Instructions

Skin the melon and cut into slices. Wrap 2-3 slices of Proscuitto around each piece. Serve on a tray with wedges of lemon.
