Roasted Peppers
Ingredients
- 12 Red peppers
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Garlic
Cooking Instructions
Broil peppers in a roasting pan. As they turn black, begin turning them so they brown on all sides. When they have all browned seal them in a paper sack. *This makes them easier to peel. Peel the skin and cut peppers into pieces. Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and garlic.
