Norwegian Gold Cake
Ingredients
- ½ lb. Sweet butter
- 1 1/3 Cups of flour
- 5 Eggs
- 1 1/3 Cup of sugar
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ Teaspoon of almond extract
Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat 1 1/3 Cups of butter for 5 min. Sift flour. Add eggs one at a time. Add sugar, baking powder and almond extract. Mix for 2 min on low speed. Pour mix into a greased and floured tube pan. Cook 50 min.
