Chicken with Lemon

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders
  • ½ Cup lemon juice
  • ½ Cup olive oil
  • 3 Cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Cooking Instructions Set broiler to 350 degrees. Wash chicken in salted water. Place in a rectangular baking dish. Broil on one side. In a bowl combine: lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Turn chicken and Baste with lemon mixture. Broil until chicken is cooked through and browned on both sidest
