Leg of Lamb
Ingredients
- Leg of lamb
- Garlic
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Lemons
Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven 300 degrees. Pierce the lamb and stuff holes with slices of garlic. Roast in a baking pan for 20 min per pound. Baste every so often while cooking. Add chunks of potatoes and onions. Squeeze lemon juice over lamb before serving.
