Potted Chicken with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Onion, sliced
  • Salt
  • 1 Cup of Chicken broth or consume
  • Potatoes cut into chunks

Cooking Instructions

Brown chicken pieces in a large pressure cooker. When browned on both sides add onions, salt, chicken broth and potatoes. Cook under pressure for 12 min.
