Veal Marsala
Ingredients
- Veal
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ Cup of white wine
- ½ Cup of marsala wine
- 6-7 Mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a dish. Roll Veal in flour mixture, then brown on both sides. Add white and marsala wines and mushrooms. Cover and let simmer until veal is fork tender.
