Veal Scaloppini
Ingredients
- Veal cutlets
- Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Salt
- Pepper
- ¼ cup of white wine
- 1-2 Cloves of garlic, chopped
- Mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dip cutlets in flour mixture and then egg. Brown on both sides in a pan. Add ½ cup of white wine, chopped parsley, garlic and mushrooms. Cover skillet and cook on low until veal is tender.
