Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Lasagna
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 lbs. Mozzarella, diced
  • Meat balls, sliced
  • Sausage, broken up
  • Meat sauce Italian cheese

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water and 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil to a boil. Cook Lasagna until Al dente and drain. Run pasta under cold water, lay flat and pat dry. Place a few spoonfuls of sauce in the bottom of a large rectangular baking dish. (Or 2 smaller ones.) Put down a layer of pasta, then cheese, meat, and sauce. Add 2 whole layers of pasta and sauce. Repeat until all pasta is used up. Bake for 1 hour.
