Onion Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Chuck roast 6-7 lbs.
  • Onion, slivered
  • 6 Potatoes, chopped
  • Cheese
  • Pasta

Cooking Instructions

Brown meat. Add Onions and cook them down for 2 hours. Add salt to taste. ½ hour before meat is done, add potatoes and cook until fork tender. Cook some pasta and add cheese. Serve pasta first then meat and potatoes. A salad would be nice to go along with your meal. Happy Eating!
