Proscuitto Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. of Proscuitto chopped into small pieces
  • 2 Cans Progresso plum tomatoes, crushed
  • 2 Medium onions, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon of salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pasta *Grandma uses linguini or fettuccini

Cooking Instructions

Heat Olive oil in a pan and add Proscuitto. Add onions and sauté. Add tomatoes and salt. Let cook for a ½ hour on medium heat. Serve over pasta and garnish with cheese.
