Proscuitto Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ lb. of Proscuitto chopped into small pieces
- 2 Cans Progresso plum tomatoes, crushed
- 2 Medium onions, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon of salt
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Pasta *Grandma uses linguini or fettuccini
Cooking Instructions
Heat Olive oil in a pan and add Proscuitto. Add onions and sauté. Add tomatoes and salt. Let cook for a ½ hour on medium heat. Serve over pasta and garnish with cheese.
