Shrimp, Lobster or Calamari Sauce

Ingredients

  • Garlic, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 3-4 Large cans of Progresso plum tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon of Hot crushed red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon of Capers
  • Shrimp, Lobster or Calamari
  • 3 Bay leaves Pasta

Cooking Instructions

In a large frying pan, heat 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil. When oil is hot add garlic. *Do not allow the garlic to become brown. Crush 3-4 cans of plum tomatoes in a blender for a few seconds, then add to pan. Add basil, oregano, red pepper, capers and salt to taste. When sauce comes to a boil lower to a simmer and add your choice of fish. Cook for a ½ hour more. Remove bay leaves. Serve over pasta.
