Asparagus with Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
- Asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Grated cheese
Cooking Instructions
Sauté onion in olive oil. Add asparagus and ½ cup of water. Cover and cook until asparagus is tender. Add eggs and cover for 2 min. Add a handful of grated cheese.
