Mashed Potatoes with Mozzarella
Ingredients
- 6-8 Potatoes, peeled and diced
- Salt
- ½ – 1 cup of Milk
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Butter
- Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- Bread crumbs
- Paprika
Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Salt potatoes and boil them until fork tender. Drain and mash until there are no lumps. Add milk and butter. Add cheese and transfer to an oven safe casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.
