String Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • String beans, trimmed
  • Salt
  • Wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic pieces

Cooking Instructions

Boil string beans with a dash of salt until fork tender. Drain and let cool. Toss with some wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic pieces and some salt.
