Stuffed Savoy Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of savoy cabbage
  • Cappicola ham, sliced
  • Mozzarella, shredded
  • Parsley, minced
  • Italian cheese, shredded
  • Garlic salt
  • Chicken broth

Cooking Instructions

Boil cabbage for 5 min. So the leaves fold easily. To each leaf add: 1 slice of cappicola, mozzarella, parsley, Italian cheese and sprinkle with garlic salt. Roll each leaf up and place in a large pot. Add enough chicken broth to just cover the rolls about 1” above. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1 hour.
